The Sanctuary is located in a secluded valley below the Blue Ridge parkway, twenty four miles northeast of Asheville, NC. and six miles from Barnardsville, NC. The last mile of gravel road into the Sanctuary is through the national forest. Because we are a retreat center, we ask that all visits be by prior arrangement. For this reason we don't post specific directions. These are provided once reservations have been made
